Default Lower Spring Modification Question

Hey everyone,

Just had a quick question about a lowering spring modification. I have a 2001 A4 quattro, and am looking to lower it about and inch to an inch and a half with the eibach pro kit or H and R lowering springs. Does any one know besides installation and an alignment any other items such as camber kits etc. would be required for this modification? and also does anyone have an recommendations as far as H and R or eibach?

Springs are simple, i dont think u can make a bad choice on springs except for the amount of lowering. I dont think alignment is needed. And ive never herd of a camber kit for the A4...also uneeded i believe. Ill let others chime in to make sure.

All i did is take the struts with the springs on them out, put the new springs on the struts, reinstall them and your good to go.
Im pretty sure you only need an alignment when you mess with the tie rods. I didnt do mine when I upgraded my suspension anyways.

Wouldn't advise you to put them on stock struts, the struts will go bad very quickly.
