Default 17" Alloys

Hi just bought a 2001 a3 1.8 sport (not the T couldn't afford it) and was wondering if 17" alloys will fit. I've seen these for sale and would love them on my a3 will they fit.

if the stud pattern is the same and the offset I cant see a problem depending on the aspect ratio ( tyres not too wide ) and profile not too fat

17s wont be a problem and 16" tyres cost more than 17s don't ask why but probably 16s don't sell too well these days and 17s are now the starter size
