As the title says my brake Failure light is on but there seems to be no problem with the brakes, the light doesn't come on straight away and can take an hour for it to come on.

Has anyone any ideas what this could be, also the car seems to vibrate when turning right at more then 30 mph I think this is the driveshaft though but do you think this is causing the brake light problem.
