Hi all,

recently purchased off ebay a nearside door for what I was told was a 1997 reg. Recieved item to find the the door handle is a different shape and size. The one recieved from ebay was larger...Has anyone got the size for the door handle and a alternative place where I can a replacement nearside door frame?

I imagine the door you recieved must have been off the face lift A3 which was 01-03, I think. You should try a scrap yard for a replacement door. It may be that you have to have the door reprayed to your colour, but still it shouldn't cost you more than a few hundred pounds.
