This makes me very sad. I'm relocating to San Antonio in about 18 months when my wife retires, so it's not good to hear that the Audi dealer there sucks. Are there any other Audi dealers in the area? That really sucks.

Sorry.

Chef forgetting the local Cavender Audi (small dealership) , the next closest dealer is Roger Beasley Audi in Austin which has a lot of positive dealer comments.

That's good to hear. I'll be living a bit north of San Antonio anyway so that works. Good luck on the hunt.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your purchase. On a side note, I live in Maryland and work in Virginia and i got mine from Audi of Alexandria. Just wanted you to know that they've got cool peopleso if ur in Northern VA, thats a good dealer to go to for service.

Sorry bro you must not have read the entire post, I walked on the stealership because they went back on their deal and tried to overcharge me 2K. I might try to buy an Audi in Dallas later this month or wait until I get back to VA.

My purchase came very close to same end result, for different reasons. Your experience and mine, gah, it's why I don't buy cars.

Well this story sort of had a bad ending, my brother, Mr. Jumpmaster, ended up getting a BMW 328 primarily based on his experience with this dealer and few other smaller factors. But the biggest reason was the dealership experience. As an Audi owner, I am very disappointed in the way he was treated and how this entire affair went down, which has made me question a few things that happened to me when I was buying my Audi. Audi really needs to fix its customer service issues from the dealership to the service department. An outstanding car in all respects, but I think sometimes the dealers think we need them more than they need us, which is simply not the case.

That's just sad

Maybe we can all email this dealer so that he understands his mistake? =)

Yeah, the sad thing is that the BMW is nice, but not nearly as nice as the A3 he wanted and he'll figure that out before too long.

Very sad.
