A3 - which gen. OBD?

Anybody know if the 08' A3 is OBDII or OBDIII?

Just curious - I wonder exactly what plus how many days of data tracking does it [the OBD in the A3] record?

OBD III is not out yet, still in regulatory phase.

Not really a fan of OBDIII / lot's of data tracking & silent reporting / too much big brother!
