A3 Service Manual

I'm trying to find out where I can get an official Audi service manual for a 2006 Audi A3. I heard it might be available in electronic format (PDF?). Any ideas?

The only electronic copy I've found is for an older A3 and it's in German with few pictures... Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

I found a couple oem sets of manuals on ebay for around 40-50 bucks used.
