Hello,

I am an owner of 2015 Audi A3 sportback, the car has made only 12,000 KM. I am suffering from a problem in the transmission which is when I slow down I can feel the gear shift specially from 4th to 3rd and from 3rd to 2nd and at some times a kick that the car suddenly shakes.

I took it to the local dealer and after taking the car for 6 days to investigate the problem, they adviced that this is normal!!!.

Please support as this issue is driving me crazy.

2013 A3 with S tronic: I can certainly feel the downshifting as I come to a stop,but it is never rough. It simply drops to the next lower gear when the rpms are very low in the present gear. Always smooth.

 

Hi Reneck, Thanks for your reply however it's not smooth in my case so probably there is an issue.
