Hello,

I have an 2005 Audi A3 Sportback 1.9 TDI.

I had a terrible accident recently, the car is substantially damaged, I've lost control because of icy road conditions, I've ended up hitting a tree after two traffic signs !
I am still in shock and have few injuries but still alive, thank god!

However although it was a very strong impact, the airbags failed to activate !

I would really like to hear from fellow more experienced car and Audi owners to offer me your opinions why could airbags fail like this ? Thank you !
