hiya guys
i have abit of trouble with my A3, my airbag warning light stay on and does not switch of, i have not had a accident or anything to trigger the airbag. i have a ODB connecter and have read the fault code using ross-tech VAG-COM the code displayed is:

Control Module Part Number: 8L0 959 655 F
Component and/or Version: Airbag 7 Audi 0505
Software Coding: 00104
Work Shop Code: WSC 06313

01218 - Side Airbag Igniter: Passenger Side (N200)
32-10 - Resistance too high - intermittent

now i aint a technician so i dont know what this means can someone help and tell me what i need to do to remove this problem. thanks alot guys

 

Hello low rider, welcome to the forums!

You might want to start under the seat. Often times the wiring connectors become lose and trigger the warning.

 

I’v got the same car, same model and same problem. Tried looking under the seat but did’t find the exact wire.
