i have a audi a3 2004 the windscreen wipers stopped working caused by a blown fuse.I went to change the fuse and it blew it straight away and then with every one i tried.Has anybody got a solution to what could be causing this

 

something is shorting out causing the fuse to blow. you or your mechanic needs to check it out soon or at least before it rains again.
