Default Bluetooth install with Concert?

What is the best bet for installing bluetooth on the A3 with stock Concert radio?

Will I be able to control the call through my steering wheel?

2007 Audi A3 2.0T S-Line DSG Open-Sky

Thanks

If your a god in wiring, yes...

If you look in the back of your radio, it has the ability to mute the radio and put your call on the cars spearkers. However, you will need an after market bluetooth kit (ie motorola car kit).

To wire the steering wheel buttons, you will need to access this part of your car to acess the steering control module

From there you'll need to figure out which pins map to the steering wheel which can easily be done using a Ohm meter. Once you figured it out, replace run wires from the steering control module to the swiches you wish to map to your bluetooth unit.

Of course the whole procuedure is a lot longer than what I described, but it can be done.

So, interfacing with the radio is easy, but steering wheel part is hard.
Is this how the OEM bluetooth upgrade is installed?

Not a fan of the aftermarket controls.

It looks like there are some kits that work the way I want.

Thanks for replying
