Just changed the brakes on my 2006 A3. The brake sensor was stuck so I tried to pry it with a screwdriver (bad idea). The end result was that I broke the male plug on the car side of the brake wiring harness. I talked to my local auto parts store and they have no idea where to order it from and I can't find anything on the internet. I also called Audi and they said it will cost $500+ to get it fixed. Has anyone fixed this or know of a DIY?

Right now I have a trailer harness that I plan on attaching through some Macgyvering. If all fails, I plan on making a loop at the end and/or shutting off the sensor.

Besides this little issue, I'm absolutely in love with my "new" A3!
