hi guys this is my first post so bear with me.. I've recently taken my s3 for a service and been told that my cam chain tensioner needs changing. now obviously I understand how important it is to keep the cams running smoothly, but what I would like to know is how serious is this? Is it an issue that needs to be addressed asap and what is a repercussion of this not getting fixed before it finally goes?

I was also facing the same problem. I just took my car to a garage. That is what i can suggest.
