There are two different versions of each satellite radio, depending on whether you have Nav/TPMS. The radio price does not include Nav and TPMS. As far as I know, the TPMS is not available in the US (unless you do the mod yourself, which I've been thinking about doing). I don't understand why TPMS would affect the satellite radio. I've gone through the TPMS mod and can't find any reason why the satellite radio would be affected. All I can figure is that in Europe, NAV and TPMS must be a package deal and that is why we see TPMS mentioned together with NAV for the satellite radio selection.

This is for the satellite module only. The reason the module with support for NAV and TPMS is more expensive is because the coding is different in that unit to allow more CAN-BUS systems to "daisy chain" off the central computer.

I've only had it for a few days now, but I like it so far. I had it professionally installed because after reading the instructions, it was aparent that unless I had done it before, it could easily get screwed up. I was leary of the cheap $10 units on eBay and bought the cheapest kit (hood, bumper, fenders, mirrors) that was authentic 3M film for $180 and install was $250. I found it hard to believe the $10 kits were any good when the cheapest name brand was $180. The cheapest install I found was $225. If I had bought the kit from the installer, the total would have been a bit cheaper. If I had it to do over, I'd check prices for kit and install from local installers.
