Default Chrome Trim

Hey everyone. I'm new to this site. I just bought an A3 about a few weeks ago and so far my biggest complaint is that the chrome trim is scratching up extremely easy. Is anyone else having this problem. Is there any way to repair these scratches or is there any protectant? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm talking about the aluminum trim on the interior of the car. The Side panel on the door and the asstray already have significant scratches to them. No abnormal use

Yeah, I was pretty bummed to find that mine has scratches as well. Seems like it is very easy to mark up and scratch. Definitely more marks on the lid of the ashtray. Goes to show how soft aluminum really is.

Oh well.

mmmm....Now that you mentioned, mine is the same. Not to serious but obviously will have to take a little more care when cleaning. I have heard that "Brasso" of better, "Silvo" might help to take them away....dunno
