Hi Guys,

Just purchased my own A3 after being wowed by the company fleet ones. Not sure if this is an issue or not, but with the fleet cars you need to depress the clutch to start the car. With mine, you don't.

I also sometimes get a beep on start up. Its usually when i put the key in and start up straight away. The beep happens every now and again, when the engine is cold or at running temp. There are no warning lamps to say what it could be.

2007 Model 2.0 tdi 170.

I did a search but couldn't find anything model specific.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
