I would like to know if yours has an onboard computer - the one that shows you the temperature inside? Mine doesnt. Id like to know when the onboard computer starts from - the dealer i bought the car from says its only in the 1.8 T.

Does anybody have a 1.8 with the onboard computer?Mine doesnt!

Also I find my accelerator pedal is very low.. its weird.. maybe im just not used to it? Must it be like this?

well i dont think its like optional for those models i have 1998 a3 and it has all the stuff but the comp and i realy miss fuel comsuption data from it

 

does yours also make a loud sound when the petrol runs low? at least its got that.. when i got it i looked in the manual and thought there was something wrong but the dealer said it only comes in the 1.8 T. but i guess the car improved with time. not in our time, tho!

Do you mean the temperature outside? The onboard computer gives various info such as fuel consumption, average speed, miles in tank and outside ambient temp.

 

no, dont mean the temperature outside. found out my model doesnt have it. bummer! still a very nice car tho..
