Hi Guys!

I have a Audi A3 8P sportsback from 2005. a couple of weeks ago my DSG paddles on my steering wheel stopt working, Sometimes they are suddenly working again.

This is the wheel i'm having:



I've checkt for errors, there was one:

1 Fault Found:
01426 - Controls in Steering Wheel (E221)
004 - No Signal/Communication

The - and + lights on the paddles are also not working when the paddles are not working, if the work, the lights work also!

What i've tried:

-Cleaning the contacts
-Swap Slipring (???? ending with a D)
-Swap Steering column electronics control unit (8P0 953 549 C)

But nothing is fixing the problem

Anyone got any tips or idea's? I'm using the paddles a lot, so i'm missing them

The sound like spring check out. I think that Whenever It had stop working , however You have controlled it. It is really very seriously matter. I hope that You will have to change the paddle as soon as .
