he cut me off while I was in his blind spot and hit me in the front right fender/bumper

it is not that bad, but the metal of the fender flare is bent past the point of where the wheel cambers in, meaning at the time /point of contact, my wheel must have also been hit.

i am not worried about body damage, this can be fixed.

do you guys think pushing the fender about 1.5 cm in from where its supposed to sit, therefore also hitting the wheel, will affect the mechanical parts of the car?

I am more worried about, suspension, allignment, engine, axel, transmission, brakes, power steering

I was going about 0-5mph, he was going 5-10mph , in traffic, so it was not very fast.

Bummer. Probably not much damage, let the body shop tell you rather then guess.
