first problem ever with a3

Unhappy first problem ever with a3

ok the other day i went to charge my phone in the car and it didnt charge thought it was the charger but its not i have no power coming from the outlet in the car has this happened to anyone ??? any ideas on what could cause that, and is it covered under the warranty?\

Look in the hand book for the outlet fuse
then look in the fuse panel for that fuse and replace with the same

Like everyone else is saying check your Fuses.

You were using the power outlet that is on when the car is off, right? One ("12V") is always on, the other (the cigarette lighter) is off when the car is off.

I'll have to double check but I believe all of my 12V sources work without the key turned to on. I was using both of the ones in the console at the same time for a while and I always had to turn off/disconnect them when I was out of the car for any long duration.

all of my 12v source's power is available whether the key is in or not.
JUST CHECK YOUR FUSES.....
