getting A3 very soon. test drove one last week and loved it. i'm getting the 2007 2.0T, automatic(my wife is making me),s-line,open sky. the dealer told me $29800(color will be black). is this a good price? what have you guys paid for this car in the northeast? i'm also a first time audi owner. i've read mostly good reviews about this car. But are there any long terms problems i should expect? i drive about 20k a year. i'm gonna have this car for about 5yrs and need to be reliable. the car drove great. i was offered a great price on a 2006 acura tl but i'm tired of driving hondas. i guess what i'm asking is, is this car gonna give much problems in the long run and will they be pricey? thanks for the help guys. sorry for all the newbie questions.

I can't comment on if it has any problems in the long run or any long term problems apart from keeping a check on the engine oil level because I only bought mine 1 month ago.

I am awaiting my A3 also, should be here the week of Oct 16th.

I got mine for $28,789. Not including tax. 2007 black with Premium package, open sky and S-Tronic Auto transmission.

i didnt get it yet. i'm gonna order mine this week. thinkning about getting it at benardsville, nj. salesman seems pretty honest. gonna try and get it a little cheaper. still not sure wether i should the extra money to the lava grey, if not i'll get black. i'll let you guys know.

 

Well, I'm at 13k miles with no problems other than the clip on the glove box. I'd spend the extra money on the Lava Grey, cool color.
