I paid 250 for installation at Eurocode in Burbank and 69 for alignment at RG Brakes and Alignment in Valencia. I did wait a couple of weeks to have the alignment done and I can tell the difference that the ride changed after that.

 

so... even if we don't have a camber kit, we can still make the wheels not tilted after lowering them?

 

The alignment shop said that there is no way to remove the negative camber when you lower the car even after alignment.

 

I honestly don't remember seeing the negative camber problem on the report after my last alignment, but I've gone threw a whole set of tires lowered and they wore perfectly evenly. I wouldn't worry about that issue too much.

Do Temple City Auto Repair. Alignment was $45 and the install for my koni struts and H&R springs was like $120 or something. Shop owner is Henry and he'll most likely be the one who works on your car. http://www.templecityautorepair.com/. After your suspension settles, he'll have you come back to do an alignment. He'll go over whatever toe/camber adjustments you want. Tell him Max (black A3) referred you. Trust me, you won't find someone who's more detailed and meticulous. Eurocode is cool but there's no way Jeremy and his crew will match Temple's price. Plus they're open on Saturdays (Ecode no longer does stuff on weekends).

You might want to look into corner balancing too with your coilovers..

 

If I recall correctly, our rears have adjustable cambers, but not the front. The front only has adjustable toe. And you don't need to wait weeks for the spring to settle. Everyday commuting will suffice as long as you put in a few hundred miles. You're going to get a realignment within 5k miles anyway..

I live in Vegas,,, and to let you know,, i drove to TORRANCE,, and had the guys at EuroCode Tuning but my Blistien PSS10 on my car yesterday. It was $250 for the install,,, and well worth it. The guys at the shop are great, they did a good job! The $150 for alignment,, that's about right, to do it right,, it will take about an hour and half. Give them a shout,, i've gotta drive back down there in a week or so,, to get my alignment done,, and a few other things. Good luck!

 

Those prices are really low compared to what I was quoted. Shop told me $800 for install with 2 alignments. If anyone knows of cheaper places in Northern VA. Please let me know.

 

Tommym, NGP quoted me just shy of 500 for install and alignment. I ended up getting a former Audi Tech to do it on the side, and had HBL perform the alignment.
