Default Jack stand locations

When supporting your A3 on jack stands, where do you put the stands front and rear?

I'm using my floor jack at the specified jacking points (marked with the triangles on the rocker panels) with a slotted pad. Is there a central point at either end to safely lift the entire front or rear in one operation?

Be VERY careful. When I had to change a tire, either I left the car jacked up for a little too long or I missed the proper placement. Ended up having to get the rocker pulled back into place and repainted. $400 repair + $140 tire = most expensive blowout ever.
