Just bought used A3 Quattro--Transmission Question
Greetings, everyone.
I just purchased a used 2006 A3 Quattro and have a question about the transmission. First let me say that I do not have much experience driving a standard, so I might simply be getting used to the DSG technology.
Here's the situation:
1. When letting my foot off the gas pedal and before accelerating, the car sputters a bit with a slight jerking motion.
2. This same phenomenon occurs when the car is downshifting to first gear.
3. Sometimes it feels like I have to really accelerate hard before the reverse gear engages.
4. The dealer replaced all four coils before delivering the car.
Not sure if these are normal issues, or if I should be concerned.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
Thanks!
