Default Lowering

I got a 1999 A3 1.8t, im putting 18 's on, but lowering is causing me a problem, i want to lower it 60mm all round, but a few people are telling me i shouldnt, because when i go over bumps i might hit the turbo! So if anyone knows about this let me know! And whats the max i can lower it, without any problems

Hi mate, you wont have any problems hitting the turbo if you lower it the turbo is under the bonnet not under the car, the fk highsports are a quality bit of kit, ive got them on my car and they are great, ive got mine down approx 80-85mm on 19s and nothin catches(even 4up)

I mean the turbo manifold, because thats at the bottom of the car, Ive ordered the Konigsport range, they'll be here next week, and ive ordered 19's aswell, so I'll take your advice. You sure it never catches anywhere? Do you have the new audi, what year is yours?
