i've done all my scheduled maintenance where i bought my A3 (Rusnak, Pasadena), and they are fine...BUT i now work in Santa Monica, so getting my service there will make more sense. BUT i've heard so many horrible, negative reviews about Santa Monica Audi ...can anyone tell me they've been there recently and had a decent experience?? i'm terrified of dropping my baby off to them now!!

i know it's just a maintenance visit, but i've heard they have blown that too.
