Hi Folks,

I'm replacing the petrol filter on my 1999 1.6 petrol A3 and can't get the fuel pipes off the petrol filter... is there some kind of trick to it?
The Haynes manual says that they are "quick release" and need to be squeezed but it's gotten me nowhere!

Any help appreciated!

You are going to need this silly tool that only VW and Audi's use. They run about $90 US and they are shipped from Europe.
