Default Neuspeed Sway Bar

Hey guys, this is my first post here. I bought an A3 about a month ago, and today had the Neuspeed rear sway installed that I bought from mjmautohaus. It is my first mod, and it definately improves handling. I traded my 06 350Z for this car, and the handling was one of the things that I wasn't too fond of. Well, that and the speed, but I plan on chipping it after I have some miles on it. Anyway, just thought I would introduce myself, and let you guys know that this is a really informative forum.

Welcome tommym! Does your A3 have the base/premium suspension? Did the change to a Neuspeed rear sway bar help a bit with body lean in tight turns? Interested to know how much this modest investment improved handling.
Cheers

I have the base suspension, and I have been looking at coilovers as well. I have noticed that I am able to take turns a little quicker, and the car seems more stable. I will get to test it out more this weekend, because I have an autoX on Saturday.

I got the same RSB too, it handles great, once the coilovers are in there, you'll be in love much more. if you have a MT, i suggest you get a VF Engineering Transmission Mount, it'll help you shift soooooo much easier and with less whip-lash at high rpms gear changes

I have seen mention of the transmission mount before, and have been wondering about that. I will have to look into it. Did you install it yourself, or did you have a shop do it? If you did it, how long was the install?

I had the shop install it for, it took them an hour to do it. along with the Mount, if you buy it from VF Engineering, it comes with the Dogbone also.
