One year, only 3300 miles: Should I get it serviced?
I have a 2007 A3 that I bought last June. It only has 3300 miles on it (I only use it on occassions).
Should I get the car serviced? Isn't the first tune-up free? Is the oil change included? The manual I think reccommends oil change at 7500 miles, but I want to change it anyways, since its been almost a year.
Also, the car shakes when I go on the freeway at 75mph. I think the wheels may be off balance. Does the warranty include balancing?
Thanks!

Hey
I believe that audi recommends the oil be changed at least once a year. So you should definitely get that service done and yeas the first service is free and the oil change is included in the service. your tires do sound like they need to be balanced since theres only 3k on the car depending on how long it stays stored in between use you may have a flat spot on the tire from being parked in one spot. In that case just a long day or two of driving will iron that out. But if it needs a balance depending on how nice your dealer is they may just toss taht on the service not too expensive. Hope this helps

For the North American market at least, Audi recommends a 5,000 mile initial oil change followed up by regular 10,000 mile oil changes. Given the age of your oil and that you are only 1,700 miles shy of needing your first change anyway, I'd have it done. FWIW, this ISN'T a "Tune-Up", this is simply an oil and filter change.

My stealership said the first service is at 5000 or six months - whichever comes first - or service is not covered. Then again, I continue to be disappointed in my dealership.
