Default P0011

2.0L TFSI: P0011 fault code comes up after I reset it after about 30km's. The engine is a little noisy in the top at idle , but seems to be running fine.
Should I replace the cam chain and tensioner?

That's what I would tackle first. The cam adjuster unit (tensioner/plastic rail the chain rides on) has an electrical solenoid that can throw the code you mention. It also takes care of slack and when bad adds noise (which you mentioned as well). If that's the cause and you don't take care of it, it will get more expensive when it finally gives up and kills your engine.
