Default Removing the center rear headrest

Hi,

Anyone know how to remove this on an '07 2.0T? Or is mine just defective, I can raise it an inch or two but that's it. The two on either side I can pull free no problem.

Thanks!

Default RE: Removing the center rear headrest

Approach cautiously from the rear(!???!!). Push in the plastic button on the left side of the post, and work that side of the headrestup a bit. Insert a small scredriver into the slot in the right hand post, and work that side up a bit. Repeat, working each side out a bit more until it comes out. Once you've gotten it out the first time, it gets easier.
