Has anyone had issues with their sirius sat modulator? Mine went bad about a month ago out of no where. I took it to the dealer as im still under warranty and they ordered a new mod. It's been three weeks now since then and it STILL hasn't arrived. Meanwhile my subscirption is wasting away....Kind of annoyed. Anyone share a similar experience or have any advice?

 

Call sirius customer service and they should refund/extend your subscription for your down time.
You might need proof from your dealer, but call them first and see what they say.

 

I've had an issue with an aftermarket sirius tuner crapping out and having to wait a long time for a replacement. Sirius extended the subscription with out any hassle.

 

Yeah, i had the pre-installed sirius modulator. Called Sirius and they took care of it. But I don't understand why it takes so long to receive the new part!!!
