Audinam may not be aggressive in person, but he must be really aggressive with his A3 and/or his imagination, posting about a 5.5s 0-60mph stat. Stock stats are 6.7s for DSG, and 6.9s for manual. Even if those are conservatively stated, I doubt that you can be under 6s with just a chip.

By the way, there is a mistake on www.audiusa.com - the drop down window (text portion) lists the 2.0T as 147 HP, and the 3.2 as 187 HP.

as for the mid 5's for 0-60, i was speaking as if the A3 is Chipped, exhausted, engine mounted and with the CAI and the driver weighs as little as i do, then you can get mid 5's easy.......... i'm running just under 6 just with the 93 oct program ALONE, that's without the exhaust and CAI.

there's no 1/4 track here in SD, only 8th mile track, but still haven't gone yet, i'm waiting for a tranny mount and CAI first before i track it.

Don't worry about the wagon stuff. I was having a tough time deciding between an A3 and a sports coupe but I'm extremely happy I made the right choice. Honestly girls go crazy over this car, it's one bad *** wagon. Yes it's a wagon, it's a small wagon, but it has 4 doors and a hatch so yeah... it's a wagon. And yes I have black and it looks very sporty tinted and once I get my blackout s-line grille (no more chrome trapezoid) and smoked side markers on it's gonna look even sicker. Absolutely nobody mistakes me for a guy hauling his family and groceries around on the street. It's also kind of fun being asked at least once a week what kind of car that is when I park it because the A3 still isn't well known. I've caught two people checking it out in the parking lot for like a minute or two at a time just because it's a head turning wagon and that's how we A3 owners like it!

If u love audi's..buy it..if u don't..dont buy it. I get so much compliments whereever I go, from OC to LA and to SF. They love it, they come up to me and say nice car and feeling it. It felt much better when u smoke them away when they try to race u.
i get people coming up to my side left and right, trying to race me...tell me now, will u get people hitting you up if u're driving a minivan or a wagon, just like u called it?
In conclusion, this car is a sleeper, just don't wake her up or you'll feel the scar.
