Hi guys (P Reg 1.6 A3)

Driving car fine until i pulled up at some lights, and when i tired to pull away i was unable to get 1st 3rd or 5th, but 2nd 4th are fine. (reverse is also ok)
There have been no bangs, grinding or anything abnormal. literally all fine until i tired to pull away.

Sine having the car on my drive, i have played around and after pumping the clutch twice i have been able to engage 1st 3rd and 5th all be it nearly, but when i pull away in 1st and 3rd it seems to be in enough, although by the feel of the gear you wouldn't think so.

Any ideas ?

In desperate need of my car for this week...

Have since driven the car and i can engage the odd gears enough to put into drive but when in 5th it pops out after 10 or so seconds.

 

I would definitely call a transmission shop and ask for some advice.
