I live in NY and they are such dicks about front plates, covers, and WINDOW TINT. They are so **** about tint they car tear if off on the spot and still impound your car just for tint. My Bro lives in FL so I put the car in his name and its got FL plates. I no longer have to worry about the front plate, tint and also i do not have to have a regs. and an inspection stickers on the window. On top of that they dont even do inspections in FL so it never has to go thru a smog test. Im thinking about doing a test pipe to go along with my Milltek catback soon. Its a nice little loophole.
