Tire question - Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge
Anybody running Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge (Grand Touring All-Season) tires on their cars?
Specs:
* Size: 225/45ZR17
* Serv. Desc: 91Y Load Index 91 = 1356lbs (615kg) per tire
Speed Rating “Y” = 186mph (300kph)
* UTQG: Treadwear: 440
Traction: A
Temperature: A440 A A
I have two of these Gooodyears on the front that are relatively new. I have the factory Pirelli tires in the back that will soon need replacing. I want to replace the rear tires with the same Goodyear tires as the front. The road noise inside the cabin is little high currently, which I hope will go away when I chuck the Pirellis.
So if anybody has experience with the Goodyear Eagle Performance Touring tires, please share! Thanks!

Read the Tire Rack reviews for the best tire information available. One thing is for certain, though, I would never run mismatched tires on a modern car, especially one whose handling and suspension are as thoroughly engineered as an Audi. All the braking, cornering, wet/dry handling are very different between tires, and nothing good can possibly come from mixing them up.
