What would you do?
So my 07 premium 2.0t with 25k has been sitting at my Tampa dealer for almost 2 weeks. I'm working in the area until the end of December. The car went in for a 25K service and to check a cold starting issue that has been constant since July. (In the morning the car struggles to start and takes at least 2 tries to start.) They were able to recreate the issue and decided that a delay in the fuel pump was to blame. Then after they replaced that they noticed that the car would loose revs at certain speeds and the car all of a sudden had a performance issue. (i never had a problem like this before). So long story shot they still have the car. I went this morning to pick it up after being told the car was ready and the problem had been solved. But when i went to start my car sure enough it stalled out. (this problem has been constant since July but my dealer in Boston claimed it was my imagination so at least this dealer is making an effort). So i asked to meet with the factory rep or to have him call me. The service manager asked that i let them try one more time to fix it. So i said that by tomorrow night (Friday) i wanted to have some sort of reassurance that this is fixable or i will be getting in touch with the rep.
Does anyone have any similar problems starting? any possible solutions? Will contacting audi do anything for me at this point? What would you do?
Thanks
T

Find another dealer and call Audi America. They will do all the necessary beating on the dealer for you.
Those follow up calls you get about your service experience are grades the dealer gets that in part determine their factory payout at the end of the year. That ensures the dealers are making sure the customers are happy campers.
Sounds like your dealer hasn't gotten the message.
