One rule of thumb I always used driving a stick is keep the RPM's near or above 2K when on flat land and above 3K when going up hill just in case you need to push the gas and move really quick... But then again I never drove a stick shift Audi and my last cars had plenty of torque at 2 or 3K... If you cant push the gas a little bit and have the car move foreward with a bit of a lurch, downshift...

I'll pont out some gems this guy has posted:

"Does anyone know the if you are able to tell a difference when shifting with apr's snub mount, or if there are anyother benefits?"
^ SEARCH

" My check engine light is on and my scanner says the problem is: Secondary Air Injection Incorrect Flow.....does anyone know what this means....it has been on for about 3 months and nothing has gone wrong."
^ SEARCH

"does anyone know how to get to the bottom of the windshield washer resivior where the pump is located? i think my pump went out but i am unable to figure out why the headlight sprayers still don't work and i can't get to where the pump is located....the only way i know how to is take off the driver side fender...????"
^ SEARCH

"does any one know where to get clamps that are small enough to fit on the vacuum hoses, because all of the automotive stores don't sell anything small enough.....and also, i fu*cking hate the hose clamps that come from the factory... "
^ If you knew anything about engines vacuum hoses do not need clamps unless the barb on the fitting is the problem.

I Have a simple way to solve this guys problem just spend $1500 on a carbon carbon clutch and the hotter you get that b!tch the harder it sticks. I have stg 3 but I'd kill kittens for one. But I have more than 300 horse and I still dont slip I can make 1.75 bar in 5th at like 23-2400 rpms so to maybe help you out check your motor mounts also if you are unsure where it comes from it could be an alignment issue. You must also take into consideration every car has a speed at which it picks up a small resinant vibration in the engine which corolates to the wheels. Mine is around 64 mph.

ok first of all, fu*k all of you. obviously you have no idea what i am talking about and obviously don't know ****. i just gave 3krpm as an example, so your saying that if i am crusin and my rpms are aroud 3k or and need to accelerate up hill i should downshift???? screw that. i obviously know that if my rpms are at 2k then i need to downshift *** hole. My point is that the rpms are high enough to make boost and it accelerates fine, just that it makes a loud engine noise, its not boggingdown at all. i guess that just because i don't have thousands of posts all you idiots think i am new to audi and don't know ****. you guys are rediclious.
Maybe instead of examples you should tell us what actually happed. Just a thought.

!!!Attention!!!The following is not intended to offend Audi42005 in away nor is it intended to make him feel like the following; Retard, Dumbass, Joker, Clown, Stooge, Idiot, Assclown,Jackass, Tardstick or any other type derogatory name reffering to ones level of intelligence.

And Without further Adue, I present "Audi42005 goes to the doctors office".
Doctor: What can I do for ya son?
Audi42005: Doc I'm in so much pain!
Doctor: What happened?
Audi42005: "I'm not sure but when I go to move my arm, my shoulder kills me. It hurts so bad and it fells like its popped out"
Doctor: "Well you might have a dislocated shoulder, we should just pop it back in place"
Audi42005: "SHOWS HOW MUCH YOU KNOW *******!! MY SHOULDER WAS JUST AN EXAMPLE!!! F*CK YOU!! IT'S REALLY MY LEG THAT HURTS"
Doctor: "WELL WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY SO ASSWIPE"
