Default **Added Pics**New StaSiS Susp, New Headlight Alert!

I just installed my new stasis coilovers and now my dash is giving me a headlight alert. The onw that says my headlights aren't pointing in the right direction. My headlights are fine though. I know that there are sensors associated with the suspension that tell the headlights how to adjust themselves .... and now when I turn on my car the headlights don't adjust themselves at all, they are just in one position, but the position is ok with me. ANyone know how to get the alert in my dash to turn off? Or is there something I need to do with the sensors or headlights to get them working properly again?? Thanks for the help.

I really have no idea, but have you checked your manual to see if the headlights sense the angle they're at? Maybe they self-check themselves to make sure they're not pointing up at the other drivers?

I'd try posting on audizine.com or vwvortex in the B6 forums for more B6 owners help.

Not sure if this will help but read through the a4mods.com tutorial on "removing the auto-level error". Of course, you'll need a vag.

Her are the pics .... and ya I know I need Proxies on 18's. Unfortunatly the wheel wont come until spring, and I am gonna have to raise my ride about 1/2" for winter driving. The Stasis Sport CO's are fantastic. The progressive springs give me a comfortable ride, but they are stiff as hell in the corners. They have reduced the body roll in my ride by about 90%!! I would reccomend these babies to anyone.
