So this was my experience this morning:

It was snowing a little out here in CT so I went to warm up my car. Turned it on, along with the rear defroster. Came back out 10 mins later to find the rear window shattered and in my back seat! Thinking back, when I got out of the car after turning it on, a few cars drove by and I thought I heard one of em make a weird noise like it hit some ice or something, but it must have been the window breaking. I guess the heat from the defroster shocked the glass and broke it? It's weird to me because it's cold here, but not THAT cold.

Has anyone ever experienced or heard ofthis? I'd imagine it's relatively uncommon.
