I just bought (2 days ago) a 2008 2.0T quattro s-line with about 30,500 miles on it. It is idling hard, vibrations. I had 05 3.2T quattro with about 54,000 and never felt anything like this before except with coils. GM Dealer (who I bought from) took 08 into Audi dealer who hooked up to computer and said there is nothing wrong with it--except it did have a bad start 18 starts ago...nothing they can do because nothing wrong with car. Asked GM dealer if they put Premium gas in--they said no, so we thought maybe it was just bad gas and it was only 14 degrees (o4 was a baby in the cold, so thought maybe just cold start and bad gas)...drove it today and still has rough idle/vibrations. Anyone have any clue what this could be? Our nearest Audi dealer is 1.5 hours away...would hate to travel up there when this hard idle/vibration is normal for 08 package I have...
