Light Vibration starts around 60 mph

Light Vibration starts around 60 mph
I have an 98 a4 2.8 quattro
I have put different tires on it blanced them and aligned the car.
I have a vibration that is light it starts at around 60 mph and is more noticible as speed increases.
Could this be a universal joint or some sort of drive shaft problem.
What do you guys think
