Ok Guys, I know I am a new guy here but what the heck does " in-1" mean ? it flashes when I start my car('96 2.8 Quattro). flashes on the display that tells me how many miles are on the car (ie. 121k)

ln1 and ln2 are service indicator lights that are automatically tripped by preset mileage intervals, when your car was under warranty those indicators told you when your scheduled maintenance was due...now they pretty mean nothing...you can either live with it, or use a vag-com to reset it.
