things like the DV won't really do anyting for you unless you have the ECU flashed or how a FMIC helps a turbo upgrade. I guess you here the most about the ones that give the most ECU being number 1.

i dont have the car yet im in the stage of trying to figure out if i want a 2.8 or a 1.8T like i want to mod but i dont want to end up spending a shitload of money on the car i decided 2.8 but i told my cousin hes this huge audi guy and hes like why a 2.8 their not that good so im just wondering what other mods you can do to the 1.8T cause ive never really seen anything else for it like lets say u get your chip, exhaust, intake like what else can you do besides actually upgrading the turbo.

1.8t, if you want to mod, is the best way to go. you can have over 200whp and 240-250 wtq with a chip, diode, FMIC. that is quite a bit of power . but honestly the best route to go if you want a screamer is Big Turbo. i didn't wanna do it, but I could never go back now. It's jsut tooo much fun. 2.8's are nearly modless. they sound great, but they are pointless to get if you wanna go faster. 1.8t can handle around 350 whp before you need stronger internals. and then the sky is the limit,, if youre tuned properly.

P.S. in the end. you might as well just buy a BT kit from ATP or somethin . You will end up spending that much on Intake mani, filter 3" turboback exhaust, etc. Why not kick 500-1000 more into it and have a daily driving monsta that'll rip all 4 free ????

if you want to mod without doing it the old fashion way (actutualy taking the engine apart and making every thing better) then go with teh 1.8t, you won't be dissapointed.
