Default 1.8t mods advice

hello, i just got an automatic 1997 1.8t and i was wondering if k04, exhuast, intake, chip would be worth the outcome??? please comment!!!!! Also would it be a good idea to put a stall converter or a shift kit on if possible?

Running a 97 auto is probably gonna take you into a world of problems with the turbo upgrade. We have punny trannys and they can't hold alot of torque. If you want to go bigger than chip an exhaust you will need to sell your car or do a tranny swap (not realistic for many people)

and yes the 2.8 tranny is stronger.
and a manual could handle it, upgraded clutch would help though.
