Hey guys i bought my 97 2.8 QTM 12V and i was wondering the difference (if any) between the 12V and the 30V.
If there is any power difference and anything else noticible. thanks

For someone with 42 posts, id think you are capable of doing a search on what might be considered a commonly asked question....... Or common sense may suggest that an engine with 30 valves would be more powerfull than one with 12.

+1...basically 20hp more and more torque down low. I think 30Vs are a tad lighter. Plus they are more reliable. Interior is different and 30Vs don't have those ugly taillights and fender emblem.
