I just purchased an 1996 A4, 2.8 liter, 100,000 miles, man thats fun to say. I absolutley love the car, but i want it to be faster, its a manual and it definitly pulls when you need it to, but what mods would help it out, intake and exhaust i guessing, what brands are the best? I recently totaled my 1994 90cs when suck ****** hit me, and that car mobbed, the A4 for some reason is a little bit sluggish compared to the 90, i miss her.

You can't do too much to the 12V's. I'm going to end up trading mine in for a 1.8t or possibly a newer 30V.

Anyway, the 1996 is really only good for a reliable Daily Driver.
