Hello :-) Just bought a Sony mp3 player for my A4. Can anybody tell me which wire is which for the power? I can see that the red wire is permanent live and the brown is the earth, but can anybody tell me which one is the ignition live? Thanks in advance!!

I also would like to know how to wire a new headunit into the 96 A4 stereo hook ups. I dont want to have to pay $$$ out my *** for it to be installed so if anyone can help, I need all the tips I can get.

I would realy need to know what wire is what in my a4 -96... someone have been there and cut the contacts off so i onley have wires there...
