1986 audi 80 stereo wiring / connector
Hi,
I have a 1986 Audi 80 (I'm from Europe, in case there are differences between USA/Europe models) and I want to install a Kenwood KDC-W534UA, which has an ISO connector - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_10487 but my car seems to have a weird audio connector, which I can't find any information on. It's shaped just like the ISO Power connector (A Plug), also has only five of the pins connected, but different ones, than for the ISO Power connector (A Plug). Here's how it looks like:
It has the following markings on it:
"GERMANY 357 035 447
AMP 928 524"
Can somebody tell me or point to a resource that describes what these wires are, so that I can rewire the connector / create an adapter from the cars connector to the ISO connector that the head unit expects?
Thanks.
